What do you need:

  • two eggs;
  • three carrots;
  • 200 g butter;
  • half a glass of powdered sugar;
  • half a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • one and a half glasses of flour (preferably wholemeal);
  • half a teaspoon of cinnamon;
  • walnuts;
  • dried apricots;
  • vanillin.

How to cook:

  1. Peel the carrots and chop in a food processor or with a grater.
  2. Mix fly with baking powder.
  3. Add to carrots and at the same time churn butter, powdered sugar, eggs, cinnamon, flour and vanillin with a food processor or blender.
  4. Arrange in molds, filling them two-thirds, put a piece of dried apricots and walnuts in each.
